About the Lucius Hawes Law Firm

1
We build strong relationships with our clients!
In order to serve you better, we limit the number of cases we handle. We will always work toward settling your case quickly and for the maximum amount possible, but when that’s not possible (sometimes the insurance company won’t be reasonable) you will have a strong advocate and experienced trial attorney on your side in court.

You will work directly with your lawyer throughout your case; you won’t get stuck with a “case manager” or “paralegal,” and you won’t get shifted from one lawyer to another. Building a strong attorney-client relationship is critical to a successful personal injury claim or jury trial. In order to provide personalized services, we limit the number of cases we handle. It all starts with a free consultation and evaluation about your accident and injury claim. When we meet to discuss your case; we will use our time together to explain the law and make sure we are the right law firm for you.

2
Straight answers and honest representation throughout your case!
If you’ve been injured in an accident and are seeking full and fair compensation for your financial losses, you deserve to know that your attorney is on your side with honest, straight answers. If you can’t trust what you’re hearing from your lawyer, it’ll be hard to trust that the other side will take your case seriously.

At the Lucius Hawes Law Firm, we know how important your case is to you and your family. We represent clients from all walks of life. After 40 years, we haven’t met a client yet who would rather hear empty promises than the truth. Contact us today to talk to one of our lawyers about your accident claim.
